Administrators have the ability to edit the information in the company's OBG account profile. If a user does not have Administrator access, the button to edit company information will be grayed out.
Basic contact information about the business is kept in the Company Information section of Administration. This information is only used in case OBG Electronic Filing needs to contact the business about their use of OBG Electronic Filing. This information is not considered agency registration information and as such it is not automatically shared with any partner Agency.
The Company Information section also contains a Service Provider/Representative ID which can be used to establish OBG Electronic Filing access on behalf of a client company. If the ID is not displayed, an Administrator can edit the company information in order to generate the ID. Once generated, an ID can not be deleted or changed. IDs are like telephone numbers in that they are used by clients to connect to providers. For more information, see Service Provider/Representative Sign-Ons.
