The History section of OBG provides access to previously submitted transactions. Transactions may be sorted or filtered based on selected criteria. Access to a specific transaction is provided via the receipt that was issued at the time the transaction was checked out.
If a user does not have access to a Service Area, the buttons to review transactions from that Service Area will be grayed out.
Please note that recently submitted transactions may not immediately appear in the History section. Also, the ability to view any transaction via History is subject to the user's access level as defined by the business's OBG Administrator.
