Help | Reviewing/Editing Your Own User Profile
Users may review and edit their user profile in the Administration section of OBG. Profiles contain basic information about users, such as phone numbers and email addresses. It is important that users keep their profile information up-to-date in case OBG or an Agency needs to contact the user. Additionally, email addresses must be on file and current in order for a user to use the self-help tools for Username and/or Password recovery.
The user profile also provides a summary of the user's access level on OBG as defined by the business's OBG Administrator. If access to a specific OBG service has not been provided, the user should consult with their OBG Administrator. Non-administrator users can not change their own access level on OBG.
